Electronic Recording (eRecording) is an option Jus4Docs now has access to for most California Counties. This service is available to Jus4Docs, LLC from a third party with an additional fee of $45.00 per recording. The significance of eRecording is that proof of the recording typically is obtained within 3-5 days. Traditional methods of mailing the paperwork into the County Recorders takes 2-5 weeks to get proof of recording. Would you prefer to have eRecording at $45.00 per recording?
