At Jus4docs, we are Pro Se (“for yourself”) Bonded Legal Document Assistants who help our clients prepare legal documents. In all cases, our clients are representing themselves in an uncontested legal matter. Many people who come to us are frustrated, having given up on confusing do-it-yourself processes. We guide our clients, assisting them with the legal forms. We also file the forms to streamline the process. It’s our job to make access to legal document easy and affordable.

Document Preparation Disclaimer and Recording Instructions

The undersigned, having a right or duty to cause the document(s) identified above to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder for the California County in which the Property Address identified above is located, represent, acknowledge and agree that:

1. The undersigned is (are) engaging Jus4Docs, LLC for the sole purpose of delivering the document(s) identified above for recording in the Office of the County Recorder for the California County in which the Property Address identified above is located, subject to any statutory, regulatory or other requirements which may then be in effect regarding documents tendered for recording. The undersigned make(s) no other demand, requests no other service, and has no other expectation of Jus4Docs, LLC.
2. Jus4Docs, LLC will not deliver the document(s) identified above for recording unless the “When Recording Mail To” portion of the document(s) has been legibly completed to identify the customer name(s) and mailing address identified above.
3. Jus4Docs, LLC may deliver the document(s) identified above for recording in the Office of the County Recorder for the California County in which the Property Address identified above is located by contract messenger or service, U.S. mail, private mail, parcel service, or any combination of the above. The undersigned will hold Jus4Docs, LLC harmless in the event that the document(s) identified above are lost, misplaced, misdirected or delayed.
4. Other than any charges levied by the Office of the County Recorder for the California County in which the Property Address identified above is located, there are no charges for the delivery by Jus4Docs, LLC of the document(s) identified above for recording. The undersigned will pay Jus4Docs, LLC for any charges levied by the Office of the County Recorder for the California County in which the Property Address identified above is located which relate to the recording of the document(s) identified above.
5. Jus4Docs, LLC is not a legal advisor or a law firm, and Jus4Docs, LLC is not providing legal advice or otherwise practicing law. Jus4Docs, LLC has made no statement, representation or warranty, and the undersigned has (have) relied on no statement, representation or warranty by Jus4Docs, LLC, about the validity or legal effect of the document(s) identified above or about the correctness of the manner in which the document(s) identified above have been prepared or executed.
6. Jus4Docs, LLC is not a real estate agent or broker, and Jus4Docs, LLC is not providing real estate services. Jus4Docs, LLC has made no statement, representation or warranty, and the undersigned has (have) relied on no statement, representation or warranty by Jus4Docs, LLC, about the suitability or fitness of the document(s) identified above for any particular use or purpose.
7. Jus4Docs, LLC is not a tax advisor or an accounting firm, and Jus4Docs, LLC is not providing tax advice or accounting services. Jus4Docs, LLC has made no statement, representation or warranty, and the undersigned has (have) relied on no statement, representation or warranty by Jus4Docs, LLC, about any tax consequences related to the preparation, execution or recording of the document(s) identified above.
