What is an Accommodation Document preparation company?

Is there any state licensing requirement?

The California Business and Professional Codes Sections 6400 – 6700 specifically addresses requirements. If a company of individual is providing self-help services related to ANY legal documents, they must be licensed as a LDA (Legal Document Assistant). Refer to LDA.

How does Jus4Docs, LLC differentiate from other real estate document preparation companies?

Jus4Docs, LLC management has over 70 combined years of business experience specific to real estate title/escrow/lending. Jus4Docs does not prepare documents outside of these disciplines thus were not a company of all trades, specific only to real estate. No Wills, Trusts, Divorces etc.

Where is Jus4Docs, LLC located?

Jus4Docs is a California based company working from a production office in Contra Costa County in the San Francisco Bay Area. We must be licensed within the county of our primary business. Our license number LDA 158 can be checked by calling the Contra Costa County Clerk’s Office.

Does Jus4Docs, LLC provide document preparation services outside of California?

Jus4Docs, LLC works only with California Real Estate related documents. Although we have access to third party sources that provide similar services in all 50 states, we’ve decided to focus only on the 58 Counties in California.

What is your 3 - Step Process?

Jus4Docs, LLC believes that providing a bundle of services from start to finish is important to the process. We PREPARE documents based on the request from our customers. We then pull public records to confirm data we require. Having a MOBLE NOTARY service involved is optional but having an experience Notary directly involved with real estate transaction is essential. The third step is RECORDING. With 58 Counties in California, recording documents is exceedingly difficult, and the Recorders Office will not provide any direction to the consumer, thus this aspect becomes ever so important.

How should I take ownership of the property I am buying?

The California Land Title Association (CLTA) advises those purchasing real property to give careful consideration to the manner in which title will be held, buyers may wish to consult legal counsel to determine the most advantageous form of ownership for their particular situation. especially in cases of multiple owners of a single property.
